Two seas, one strip
The studio sits on the
Mediterranean side.
Two beaches, two seas, both reachable on foot. The Mediterranean is essentially the front door. The Mar Menor sits three minutes the other way. Food, shops, pharmacy, gym, bus stop – all inside a ten-minute walk.

Open sea, deeper water, proper waves on a windy day. The kind of beach for actual swimming and looking out at the horizon.
Mar Menor
3 minutes the other way
A shallow saltwater lagoon, calmer than the sea on its worst day, warmer in summer. You can walk out tens of metres before it gets deep. Good for kids, paddleboards, and anyone who doesn’t fancy waves with their coffee.

Shops, restaurants, gym, pharmacy – open year-round. The pool runs May to September. Water sports rentals are summer only too. Off-season is quieter, sometimes much quieter. That’s the trade.
