What you’re actually
renting
35 square metres on the fourth floor, refurbished in 2024. One room, one big window, one bathroom. The window does most of the work – from it you see the Mediterranean on one side, the Mar Menor lagoon on the other, and the building’s swimming pool four floors down. Inside there’s a double bed, a sofa that folds out for a child when you need it, a galley kitchen, a ceiling fan, fibre wifi up to 300 Mbps. The building has no lift, so it’s four flights up. Everything you need is in the room.

A sofa bed by the window. A double bed across the room
The sofa sits with its back to the window and folds out into a full-size second bed when you need it. Across the room, the double tucks into the far short wall – the kitchen counter sits between the two, so the bed area feels like its own corner.

Kitchen
A galley along
one wall.
The kitchen runs along the wall opposite the window: induction hob with two zones, microwave, fridge with a small freezer, kettle, toaster, moka pot. Crockery and cutlery for four. It’s a hob kitchen – no oven, built for quick meals. The markets at Kilometre 0 and Kilometre 11 carry everything else: pan-cooked fish, fresh fruit, bread, olives.

Bathroom
A bath, with the

The bathroom sits on the far short wall, opposite the front door. Full bath with the shower fitted over – run a bath or stand and shower, your call. Hot water on demand, no tank to empty. Bathroom towels for the number of guests included. Beach towels you bring.

Living
A sofa, a TV,
a window behind you
The sofa sits in the middle of the room facing the kitchen wall, where the TV is mounted. The big window is behind you when you’re watching – turn around for the view. Both seas and the pool four floors down, all from the same window. A ceiling fan turns above the sofa. In winter, the portable heater lives in this corner.

Honest limits
Things to know
before you book.
A few details that change whether the studio works for you:
- Four flights of stairs, no lift. Worth knowing if you have heavy luggage or anyone with limited mobility.
- No air conditioning. The ceiling fan and the sea breeze through the big window do the work in summer.
- No oven. The kitchen is built for hob and microwave meals.
- No balcony. The big window is the outward face of the studio – it opens fully, and the view does the work outdoor space would normally do.
- No dishwasher.
- Heating is a portable electric unit. January and February mornings can be cold, bring a jumper.
- Parking at Kilometre 7 is communal, not reserved. Spaces are usually free outside peak weeks.
- Pets: small dogs only. No cats, no large breeds.
- Smoking: not allowed anywhere, inside or communal areas.
