Write to us. We handle it case-by-case and we’re reasonable about it.
Changing your dates
Allowed on both rates, case-by-case, up to 14 days before arrival.
You pay any rate difference. No admin fee.
Illness, travel ban, bereavement
Credit for a future stay. We’d rather you came back than fought for a refund.
Saver rate, exceptional circumstances
The policy’s strict on paper. Serious situations aren’t. Ask.
If you don’t show up
Case-by-case. Tell us, even last minute. We’d rather know.
If we have to cancel (rare)
Help rebooking elsewhere plus a full refund. We don’t leave you stranded.

By the same agreed payment method used to pay, unless we agree otherwise.
Timing
We confirm the refund timing when the cancellation is agreed. Arrival time depends on the payment method and bank.
Cleaning fee
Always refunded if the booking is cancelled. It’s a service fee, not a deposit.
About “14 days before arrival” – we don’t count to the minute. If you write to us on the same calendar day, that’s fine. A few hours either side won’t be the thing that decides your refund.
