This is a one-room studio in a quiet block at kilometre 7, with everything a couple needs for a few days by the sea and not much more. A double bed, a sofa bed, a galley kitchen, a bathroom with bath, and a communal pool four floors down. One big window faces both seas – the Mediterranean is on one side of the road, the Mar Menor is on the other.
What you get
Everything functional, nothing fancy.
The kitchen is small but real – induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, no oven. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The bed is a comfortable double. There is no air conditioning – just a ceiling fan and a big window that catches the evening breeze. There is no lift, and the studio is on the fourth floor.
