Terms of Rent
These terms explain the rules for renting the studio. The agreement is between the host and the guest. By booking the studio, the guest accepts all terms below.
Booking and Payment
A minimum stay of three nights applies.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Guests can choose a cheaper non-refundable rate or a refundable rate.
Refundable bookings can be cancelled for free if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival.
If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in starts at 15:00.
Check-out is at 11:00.
Late check-out is not guaranteed.
Guests and Age
The studio accepts adults only as the main guest.
Maximum occupancy is two adults and one child from 5 years old.
Property Conditions
The studio is on the fourth floor. There is no lift. Guests must be able to use stairs.
There is no balcony.
There is no air conditioning. A fan is provided.
The guest accepts these conditions when booking.
House Rules
Pets are allowed.
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the studio or near open windows.
Parties or disturbing behaviour are not allowed.
The swimming pool is part of the community and is open only during the high season. Dates may change each year.
Items Provided
The studio includes fast WiFi, a fan, a standard TV, a kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, utensils, pots and pans.
The bathroom has a shower.
An outside dryer hanger is provided.
All items, including the parking remote, must remain in the studio at departure.
Parking
Guests receive a remote key for the community parking on arrival.
If the remote or keys are lost, the replacement cost is 60 euros.
Cleaning
A mandatory cleaning fee of 40 euros applies to every booking.
Guests must leave the studio in a normal condition.
Extra cleaning due to smoking or misuse may result in charges.
Damages
The host does not take a damage deposit.
However, any damage, missing items, smoking, or misuse will result in a charge.
The studio is checked on the departure day.
If damage is found, the host will check repair costs and inform the guest.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Guests must lock doors and windows and keep valuables secure.
Unexpected Issues
Rare events may happen, such as water leaks, electricity cuts, or temporary service stops.
Pool access or community facilities may be closed without notice.
The host will arrange repairs or solutions as soon as possible.
Legal
These terms follow the laws of Spain.
Any dispute must follow Spanish legal rules.
